Be aware that the bedroom is a loft style, so if your traveling with adults there is not much privacy. I also found there was a lot of pressure from the owners and did not find that they were as hospitable as other air bnbs that I have stayed in. Also be aware you can not muck around with Times as stated in the description or you will be charged a fee. I felt this was unfair as often a traveler needs half an hour to be early or late.

    I don’t understand why you complain that the bedroom is a loft style? Everything is in a description on the website. There is also an information that we have only one bedroom where the double bed is located on the mezzanine. It looks like you didn’t read carefully and now you blame us for that. You were with husband and child so where is the problem with the privacy. What kind of pressure you have found? That we have informed you about the law in Venice to avoid high fines? How work refuse collection in Venice? That we need passports to registry your stay in our apartment and in city? It is obligatory for hosts who run legal activities. You didn’t provide us your passport but we allowed you to send it later (on our risk) and you send only 2 from 4 person of your group. We asked for copy of missing passport and you have sent only 1 and still was missing 1. We asked one more time for the photo because we was out of the time we should registry your stay and we will have to pay fine if you don’t send us immediately the last one copy of passport and in this case we will need to ask AirBnb for charge your credit card. After that you have send the last copy. We always ask about time of arrival to the Venice and our apartment because we don’t live close to it. We need to organise our day and come with the keys. We also ask for information about any problems and delay to be able to change our plans and be on time. What is unfair in your opinion? That you fix time of meeting and later you don’t care about it and you do what you want because you are on holiday and the host can wait for you forever without any message? You have map how to reach our apartment with all necessary information you need to do this fast and without any problems. Have you paid anything? No, so one more time where is a problem? It is not a hotel with reception 24 hours opened. We have respect for our guest and we only ask for this same. We had a lot tourist who come back after first visit and are satisfied. You forget to write that you have made booking for 4 person but you were in 5. No information before your stay that you will be with one more child. We can not host more people than we have reported on the permit, what you would say during control from the city or police? We could have problems but you don’t care about it. You have right to your opinion but we think that what you have written is unfair. Thank you anyway.
