We would suggest getting a porter to carry your bags from the train station or bus stop to the apartment, as it is not a 15 minute walk with luggage and many steps. The apartment was beautiful, however some amenities ie. Linen, bath towels were limited. Cleaning fee did not include trash removal, guest must remove the trash and deposit it in a place that requires google maps. Overall, wonderful. Restaurant downstairs is amazing

    Thank you for review. From train/bus station is 15 minutes to walk, also with luggage. It is enough to walk with map which we prepare for our guest. Venice is situated across a group of 118 small islands that are separated by canals and linked by over 400 bridges so it is impossible to avoid them. From bus station to our apartment you have to across 5 bridges from (4 from train station). Bed linen and bath towels were limited? Guest arrived at 18:30 to our apartment and check out at 10:00 next day. We made all beds and prepared 2 towels for everyone. How many linens and towels we should prepare? In Venice trash are collected only on the morning (from 6:30 to 8:30 outside the building, on the square where is located the apartment so you don’t need any map) and later around 9:30 workers are calling to the apartment. We explained everything, left information from City and kindly asked to help us with the trash. Like we see it was to much for four ladies.
