Yes she made us feel welcome and the listing was exactly as the apartment showed in the photos online. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The apartment location was difficult to find as the instructions we not very clear. It would be helpful to have a map and/or photos of the square Campo San Polo and the bar the house is located beside. This was our only complaint. Otherwise a great stay in Venice.
