Elzbieta was really nice and did the maximum to arrange our visit to Venice: our flight timing changed, we arrived very early but she still found a way to open the flat earlier. Same for our departure as we were leaving later. The flat includes everything you need and 4 adults would easily fit there (we were 3). The flat is well located, next to Campo San Polo, you can go everywhere in Venice from there.
