Ella met us in the plaza, which saved us from getting lost. She was very friendly and showed us around. We appreciated the tea and coffee supplied by Ella. Her dinner suggestion was perfect. We felt safe in the apartment and it was lovely to stay in such ‘grand’ accommodation.
